David Hillman Curtis defined and embodied the new media designer. He brought motion graphics to the web. He moved from flash and web design, advertising to film making. His books are not just read, but treasured.
Hillman Curtis was a true artist, unafraid, always pushing, innovating. He was a grand sculpter of inspiration.
He was a hero to code monkeys, web designers, film makers, artists, designers, writers, web masters, animaters and me.
